Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], August 16 (ANI): Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday provided appointment letters to 236 assistant teachers selected under the Elementary Education Department at the Directorate of Education, Nanurkheda. 473 assistant teachers have been selected in the first phase of counselling under the Elementary Education Department, while the remaining candidates are being appointed from the respective districts.
The Chief Minister said that continuous efforts are being made to improve the quality of education in the state. He said that a proposal for the necessary funds for the repair of school buildings in poor condition should be sent soon, and whatever amount is required for this will be given.
