Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], June 30 (ANI): The Uttar Pradesh government’s Social Welfare Department is set to form a Transformation Team to maximise the reach of its schemes.
The Minister of State for Social Welfare, Asim Arun, gave instructions in this regard to the Director of Social Welfare to appoint the team within the next seven working days.
In a letter to the Director of the Social Welfare Department, MoS Asim Arun emphasised that the department plans to revamp the selected schemes in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of reform, performance, and transformation to achieve significant results. The Transformation Team will assess the current status of various schemes and propose necessary changes.
