Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], August 24 (ANI): Saptarishi Chatterjee, Medical Superintendent and Vice President of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, held a meeting with students and teachers to discuss ways to make the hospital a better place and to enhance the institution’s services.

Medical Superintendent and Vice President of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, Saptarishi Chatterjee on Friday said that a meeting was held with the students and teachers to discuss how RG KAR could be made a better place.
Speaking to ANI, Chatterjee said “There is nothing like protesting doctors. We had a meeting today with the students and the teachers. We are discussing on the course on how soon we can make RG KAR a better place because we have to give service to several patients and their relatives.”
“I have come here as a guardian and because I wanted to take care of their well-being. We will fulfill all their security demands. I am the person they can approach and I promise that RG KAR will come back very soon. More than 1106 patients got OPD services, and in some time, I promise we will bring back all our patients and rise again,” Chatterjee added.
He further added that the doctors are a part of his family and a lively campus.
Chatterjee said “The doctors are like a part of my family. If the doctors lose their smile, then how will we stay happy? All their demands will be met.”
Earlier today, the doctors of RG Kar arrived at the CBI Special Crime Branch Office.
One of the doctors said that the demands of the doctors was to punish the culprit.
