Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) [India], August 12 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Monday flagged off ‘Tiranga Yatra’ under ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan’ in the state capital Bhopal.
During this, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state chief VD Sharma, state cabinet minister Vishwas Sarang, Paris Olympic medalist Hockey player Vivek Sagar and international rifle shooter Aishwarya Pratap Singh were also present.
CM Yadav told ANI, “Today, Tiranga Yatra under ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign is being conducted in Bhopal. The whole country is immersed in the celebration of Har Ghar Tiranga. I extend my greetings to all the people of the state.”
“Olympian Vivek Sagar, who won a medal in Hockey, and another Olympian, shooter Aishwarya Pratap Singh also participated in today’s Tiranga Yatra here. I congratulate both of them,” he added.
In a post on X also, CM Yadav wrote, “I participated in Tiranga Yatra under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan’ organised by state cabinet minister Vishwas Sarang in Subhash Nagar, Bhopal. I also honoured Paris Olympics 2024 bronze medalist Indian hockey player Vivek Sagar and Shooter Aishwarya Pratap Singh ji, who created a world record by winning gold medal in the Asian Games.”
On the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, every street, every locality in the state has been filled with the Tricolor under the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan, he further wrote.
On the other hand, Minister Sarang told ANI, “Today, over thousands of people took out Tiranga Yatra in Bhopal. We have organised the Yatra on the call of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi. CM Mohan Yadav participated in the yatra. Hockey player and Olympic medalist Vivek Sagar, Shooting Olympian Aishwarya Pratap Singh also participated in the yatra. We conducted the Yatra here with the resolve to give our all efforts for the unity and integrity of the country.” (ANI)
