Rewa (Madhya Pradesh) [India], October 23 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav extended gratitudes to the investors who participated in the fifth edition of Regional Industry Conclave held at the Krishna Raj Kapoor Auditorium in Rewa district on Wednesday.
“I thank all the investors who attended the conclave and we have received a huge investment proposal from the conclave here. I am satisfied that we got a very good response then what we expected. It is a very big thing that we got investment proposals worth Rs 2,81,000 crores in the five Regional Industry Conclaves held in the state so far,” CM Yadav said.
The Chief Minister also held a meeting with investors during the Conclave themed as Vibrant Vindhya.
Consultant of Jakson Group, Jiya Manjari who attended the conclave spoke to ANI and shared her experience saying that they came to explore the Rewa region. She also highlighted that they already invested Rs 800 crores in the state and were working with the state.

“We came here to just explore the Rewa region. We have already invested Rs 800 crores in the state and we are working with the state, but we are exploring other nearby regional areas also where we can explore something good and better for solar, renewable, green energy,” Manjari told ANI.
Meanwhile, CMD of Star Agronomics Limited, Ramesh Singh said that they have planned to set up a Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant in all the 55 districts of Madhya Pradesh and it will help in creating a lot of job opportunities in the state.

“We belong to star groups and presently star groups deal with automobile industries. Now, we are switching to other industries and as of now we have planned to set up CBG plants of around 10 to 20 tonne capacity in every district of Madhya Pradesh. Our CBG plant will be different from the current CBG plants. Present plants are based on Municipal waste but for the first time we will develop the plant based on napier grass. This grass can be grown. We held a meeting with the CM for the same and he asked his team to guide us and implement it,” Singh told ANI.
“This plant will help in creating a lot of job opportunities. One plant will provide direct employment to around 400 people and subsequently around 500 more people will also get employment indirectly who will be engaged in transportation and other arrangements. The waste material from the plant will be natural manure and it will also promote organic farming,” he added.

CMD of Rama Group, Naresh Goyal said that they already had a plywood industry in Vindhya region and they were planning for its expansion which will result in creation of a lot of job opportunities. Additionally it will also help in increasing the income of the farmers as raw material required will be argo wood based things.
“We already have a plywood industry in the Vindhya region and we are planning for its expansion. We have a meeting with CM Mohan Yadav and if our legal formalities are resolved then we will expand the plywood industry with an investment of Rs 100 crore. It will create a lot of job opportunities and the raw material used in it is argo wood based things which are grown by the farmers and its plant gets ready in 2-3 years. As a result of which the income of the farmers will also increase,” Goyal said.

Additionally, MD and CEO of Dalmia Bharat Limited, Puneet Dalmia told ANI, “I am very excited and inspired to see such an event which is a regional event. Usually, all the conclaves happen in big cities. Still, I think we need to have conclaves in smaller cities like Rewa for a balanced development in India as it inspires many people. I am seeing a real impact of the double-engine government and Development is happening at a very fast pace.”
“Madhya Pradesh is a land of opportunity, it has minerals, forest, tourism opportunities, and it has manpower who are very simple people. This state is strategically located at the centre of India and it has great opportunity for growth and a huge market. We want to be a part of Madhya Pradesh’s growth story and we want to contribute to India’s growth,” Dalmia said.
He further added that they wanted to make an investment of Rs 3,000 crores to set up a cement plant which would run on 100 per cent green energy and it would be the first such plant in the world.

Besides, MP Minister Prahlad Patel praised Chief Minister Mohan Yadav saying it was the result of the CM’s resolve and he had never seen a better situation than this in the state before.
“This is the result of the resolve of the Chief Minister. I have never seen a better situation than this in Madhya Pradesh before. Investors have great confidence in the state administration. It is a very result-oriented step and 2024 will be scripted in history,” Patel said. (ANI)
