Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) [India], April 13 (ANI): YSRCP leader Muttamsetti Srinivasa Rao hailed the leadership of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy saying that he is unique.
“He introduced so many reforms. He has introduced so many welfare schemes. He has also worked in schools and hospitals. He has decentralized the administration by bifurcating the districts from 13 to 26. So many services are now provided at the doorsteps of the common people. The BPL card holders are getting free health treatment upto Rs 24 lakhs,” he lauded the CM.
“In every sector, he has ensured the overall development of the state. There is no corruption, biased attitude or partiality. People are very happy. Lower caste people were suppressed by the earlier government. Reddy became a god for them not financially and socially but politically,” he added further.
He further stated that significant investments of Rs 2,500 crores have been made in development and welfare projects in Bhimili during the current government’s tenure. Oberoi Group of hotels laid the foundation stone for the 350 crore project in Bhimili. Jagan Mohan Reddy spent Rs 3 lakh 70 crore on the poor people for welfare development without a single rupee corruption in the state.
The Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh are scheduled for May 13, with the counting of votes set for June 4. The Andhra Pradesh Assembly consists of 175 seats, and a party would need at least 88 seats to form a government.
