Patna (Bihar) [India], May 29 (ANI): A fire broke out at an apartment in Patna on Wednesday evening.
The incident occurred at the Surya Apartments at the Fraser Road in Patna. The visuals showed flames of fire engulfing the whole floor of the building.
Several fire tenders reached the spot and started operations to extinguish the fire.
Deputy SP Kotwali (Law and Order), Krishna Murari Prasad, said that around 80 per cent of the fire has been doused but the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
“Fire broke out at Surya Apartments. We reached the site as soon as we received the information. The fire team also reached out as soon as it was informed. 80 per cent of the fire has been doused,” the official said.
“The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained,” he added.
