Gandhinagar (Gujarat) [India], November 4 (ANI): Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel participated in the Laghu Rudra Yagna and the honor ceremony for sisters, daughters, and sons-in-law at Vasai in Mehsana district of the state on Monday and noted the exceptional cleanliness at Gunchhli Rameshwar Mahadev Temple of Mehsana district and emphasized on the importance of maintaining such standards universally.
Chief Minister Patel also participated in the Pran Pratishtha Mahotsav of the 300-year-old Rameshwar Mahadev Temple, the Maha Rudri Yagna, and the Laghu Rudra Yagna at Vasai.
Noting the exceptional cleanliness of the premises, he emphasized the importance of maintaining such standards universally.
He appealed to all to ensure their villages, cities, and surrounding areas are kept clean daily and encouraged integrating cleanliness as a core value in every individual’s culture and habits, fostering an environment where all citizens contribute to building a clean Viksit Bharat.
CM also unveiled a grand 250-kilogram bell while participating in the Maha Rudri Yajna and Pran Pratishtha Mahotsav at the temple with great devotion.
According to an official statement, the Chief Minister offered prayers in the temple’s sanctum, seeking blessings for the well-being and prosperity of the people. He also visited the Dhanvantari herbal garden, Bilivan, and Nakshatra Van located within the temple premises.
In his New Year’s greeting, the Chief Minister highlighted the importance of the occasion, saying, “This year, we are witnessing a monumental moment as it marks the first Diwali after Lord Shri Ram was enshrined in Ayodhya’s temple after 500 years.”
