New Delhi [India], August 9 (ANI): The Rouse Avenue court on Friday reserved an order on the bail pleas moved by five accused persons in a transnational cyber fraud case. The court is to pronounce the order on bail pleas on August 13.
Special CBI judge Mohd. Farrukh reserved an order on the bail pleas of Dhruv Khattar, Ritesh Kumar, Ravindra Gupta, Hazim Imtiyaz and Mir Gazanfar Gul after hearing arguments of defence counsels and the public prosecutor for CBI.
This case is linked to alleged fraud committed to US citizens worth 15 million US dollars.
Meanwhile, on Friday, August 9, the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) extended judicial custody of 38 accused persons on the same matter till August 23. One accused was also not produced from jail.
