It came as she interviewed Strictly Come Dancing contestant Charles Venn and his professional partner Karen Clifton.
The pair received huge amounts of praise for their Samba and even received two 10s.
Tonight saw them make it through to the next week of the BBC competition.
Claudia Winkleman interviewed Karen and Charles after they heard the good news where she began to well up.
I don’t know what’s happened, maybe it’s the Blackpool air
Claudia told Karen: “You have now been part of Strictly for six years, this is your seventh year. That was your first 10 that you have ever received on the show. So congratulations.”
It was clear Karen herself was welling up as she fanned her hands in front of her eyes.
Claudia added: “By the way, I’m crying. I don’t know what’s happened, maybe it’s the Blackpool air.”
Karen then explained how much the scores meant to her.
She shared: “It means so much, I mean it’s the patience and the determination and I owe it all to this guy who is a hard worker and he’s loving life right now, loving Strictly.
“And thank you everybody for voting for us.”

She said: “I can say it has been eleven weeks, I have to say we started every single dance from scratch and I am so impressed.
“Every week going out there and delivering incredible performances, for someone that has never performed in her life I am so incredibly proud of you.
“You have taught me so much, you’re such an incredible woman, you’re an incredible mother and thank you honestly it has been an amazing series.
“I’m never going to forget it and thanks to all of you who supported us.”
