Saira Khan showed off her weight loss in a way we can all relate to.
The Loose Women star showed side-by-side shots of herself pulling on a pair of skin-tight jeans that she previously couldn’t get past her knees, showing that they now go up to her thighs.
While many of us are worried about piling on the pounds while we’re in self-isolation, the 49-year-old is determined not to let the coronavirus pandemic slow down her weight loss progress.
In fact, she’s vowed to be able to fit into her jeans properly by her 50th birthday on May 15.
Posting the snaps on Instagram, she wrote: “On other news, remember my Jeans that would not go past my knees, which made me determined to get into them by my 50th birthday!!
“Well I’m making progress, we’re up to the thighs! I’ve got until May 15th to zip them up. We all need a focus to take our minds off things that worry and upset us and as I’m not going anywhere for the foreseeable future – these jeans are a great distraction.”
In the before snap, Saira pulls a funny shocked expression as she stands in a pair of white knickers and a bra, looking down at the jeans around her knees.
In the after picture, she’s smiling and excitedly pointing at the jeans that come all the way up to her thighs.
Dressed in a pair of black knickers and a matching bandeau bra, Saira looks happy as she puts her toned torso on display.
And she was met with lots of encouragement.
“Whit woo,” her co-panelist Denise Welch commented.
Fellow Loose Woman Andrea McLean wrote: “You look amazing Saira!”
“Great progress,” one fan posted.
Some fans told her she didn’t need to change a thing about herself.
One replied: “You look perfect on the pic in white”
Another wrote: “You’re one hot mama… in both pics..”
Saira has been sharing her home workouts to help her followers get some exercise while they’re stuck at home.
Talking about her progress earlier this month, she captioned a workout video: “My body transformation is not just transforming my physical being but my whole life, outlook and perspective – which I was not expecting at all.

“It’s giving me a new found confidence that I never knew I had and it’s challenging my mental strength and self belief.
“I’m realising that to be strong is actually about having the strength to go for what makes you happy and the self belief that you can do it. I never recognised my own endurance until now.”
