Olly Murs shows off incredible weight loss and new abs after gruelling 6-week diet – Mirror Online

Olly Murs‘ hard work and determination has resulted in an incredible body transformation in just six weeks.

The singer, 35, showed off his incredible weight loss and toned physique in a side-by-side snap on his Instagram.

Sharing a pic of his summer-ready body with his 2.9 million followers, he wrote: “Ain’t bad for 35yr old! My ambition to be a ‘butler in the buff’ is coming true.

“The pic on the left was 2nd January! I was like ‘f*** me I look massive’ weight was doing me no favours, grumpy, no energy, sleeping was awful so I made some adjustments and I’m actually buzzing now I’m off to get a McDonald’s.”

In the snap taken before his transformation, Olly can be seen sporting a slightly dampened smile than the one in the after pic.

His body wasn’t the only thing that changed, as his hair took on a different style and colour, which added to the new look.

Olly’s hair can be seen as much darker in the initial picture, but it’s fully bleach blonde now and styled with a small quiff.

The singer debuted his six pack earlier this month

It comes as Olly showed off his toned abs in a flirty picture with his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day.

The smitten couple are enjoying a sun-soaked holiday in an exotic location, and they flaunted their incredible bodies in swimwear selfies.

Olly, 35, posed alongside Amelia Tank, after joking he is “massively punching” as he believes she is more attractive than him.
