Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made an indifferent start to the season, but despite only winning six matches in 16 league games the Norwegian still has the backing of the entire squad.
The competitive nature of the Premier League has seen several teams struggle to consistently win games this season and United currently sit fifth on 24 points.
However, the Red Devils still only find themselves nine points ahead of Southampton who sit 18th in the table.
Solskjaer has the backing of the club’s chief as they believe he is the right manager to implement their long-term plan, but the former United striker still knows he is under pressure to win games in the short-term.
And while Solskjaer tries to find that balance, Pereira insists the entire squad is right behind their manager.

Pereira made his United debut under previous manager Jose Mourinho, but his career at Old Trafford has flourished under Solskjaer.
The attacking midfielder only made six appearances under Mourinho, but since Solskjaer took over at United he has been involved in 35 matches.
And the Brazil international was full of praise for his current boss.
“He has been fantastic to me on a personal level,” said Pereira.
“Everything I have now, I have him to thank.

“He has given me playing time and confidence.
“I feel better and better for every game I play.”
Solskjaer’s approach has been to develop the younger players within the United squad and he has used the Europa League to give many of them an opportunity to play competitive football.
Last Thursday United beat AZ Alkmaar 4-0 at Old Trafford, with a team that included 23-year-old Pereira, 18-year-old Mason Greenwood, 18-year-old James Garner, 22-year-old Axel Tunazebe and 19-year-old Brandon Williams.
And Pereira insisted it has been a great boost for the younger players at the club that Solskjaer is interested in their development.
“He’s important,” Pereira said about Solskjaer’s role with the club’s academy players.
“He knows everything that comes up through the academy, he knows the club inside and out.
“It’s huge for the young players.”
