As far as social media brands go, Kim, Khloe and Kardashian, along with half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, rank among the celebrity world’s most savvy, having spent several years entertaining their followers.

But the siblings fell silent on Sunday night, opting not to tweet messages of support as their former stepdad Caitlyn Jenner, 70, made her debut on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.

And while they made no mention of the former Olympian on their social media accounts, Caitlyn spoke of them within moments of hitting the screen on the ITV show, talking up their adventurous achievements as she jumped out of a plane.

Silent: Kendall and Kylie Jenner were also notably quiet as their father entered the Australian jungle on Sunday evening

As she courageously jumped out of a plane without any fear, Caitlyn – who was married to the Kardashian sisters’ mother Kris Jenner before her transition from Brice – was quick to talk up a family connection to her feat.

Speaking ahead of the jump, Caitlyn said: ‘I’m a pilot and flown for 45 years but I’ve never jumped out of one.

‘Everyone has always asked me over the years, “Have you ever jumped?” and I’ve always said, “No” because my plane has always worked.’

Caitlyn has certainly proved to be worth the money as fans have already tipped her to be crowned the winner after a successful debut on the ITV show.

Taking to Twitter on Sunday amid the jungle antics, viewers hailed the star a ‘legend’ after she fearlessly jumped out of a plain and didn’t flinch when faced with a huge spider.

The brand new 2019 series saw Caitlyn join fellow celebrities including Jacqueline Jossa, Kate Garraway and Ian Wright as they made their debut on the Ant and Dec fronted show.

‘Caitlyn is tv gold already and I’m here for this,’ tweeted one viewer.

While another remarked: ‘Being a huge Kardashian/Jenner fan I am LIVING for Caitlyn Jenner. I hope she proves the public wrong, I think she’s going to be a fantastic campmate.’

‘Caitlyn_Jenner is absolutely hilarious! She’s going to make the show this year,’ said another.

‘Already want Caitlyn to win #CaitlynJenner to win I’m a celeb you heard it here first’ declared a fifth.

Caitlyn’s fears are set to be tested once more as she and Kate Garraway are set to take part in the first bushtucker trial of the series.
