The pair had been trying to conceive for a long while, with Anne-Marie finally falling pregnant last summer shortly before the couple were due to start treatment to help them with the process.

It is Gregg’s third child; he shares Tom, 25, and Libby, 23, with his ex-wife Denise.

When he announced that he and Anne-Marie were expecting, the former-green grocer said: ‘We were due to start IVF but then it happened naturally after two years of trying.

‘The doctor told us it was a miracle Anna was pregnant.’
