Strictly star Dianne Buswell has confessed boyfriend Joe Sugg is “the one” from her hospital bed as she recovers from a horror fall.
The 30-year-old Strictly professional was rushed to hospital after being dropped 8ft by DJ partner Dev Griffen.
Although she is believed to be well enough to take part in this evening’s show, pals said they feared for her health after the drop.
The Radio 1 DJ is said to have lost his grip on the dancer during a lift in rehearsals and she went crashing to the floor.
Dev “doubled over in panic” as medical staff rushed to her aid, according to The Su n.
Dianne is believed to have been admitted to A&E amid fears she’d suffered a concussion.
Obviously feeling bored from her hospital bed, the fiery red head asked fans to send in questions via Instgram.
One asked how she knew boyfriend and ex Strictly dance partner Joe Sugg was “the one”.
She replied: “The list is endless but here are a few things: He makes me laugh every single day, he is so caring not just for me but also others. He has the kindest heart, he is the most talented human I know but with all his success is still the most grounded person I have ever met… The list could go on and on.”
The pair confirmed their relationship after Strictly finished last year and have since moved in together.
Fans can rest assured they will see Dianne and Dev dance the Couples’ Choice to Friend Like Me by Will Smith from Aladdin.
Speaking about the accident, a source said: “Dev let her slip from his grasp and Dianne fell and landed on her head. It couldn’t have been worse.
“It was horrible to watch Dianne lying prostrate on the floor…

“Dev… was praying that there was no serious damage — the worst case scenario was that she had some internal head injuries.
“She plunged a long way and he couldn’t help but panic about what he’d done. Dev insisted on going to hospital and looked in total shock.”
However, there was no serious damage and doctors at North London’s Barnet Hospital hospital discharged her after diagnosing her with whiplash.
Despite reports suggesting Dianne is an injury doubt for Saturday night, Mirror Online revealed Dianne bounced back and will hit the dance floor as planned on Saturday night.
An insider told us: “There was an incident and Dianne went to get checked over.
“She’s absolutely fine and performing tomorrow night.”
