Archie Harrison will turn two months old this Saturday, July 6 – the same day his christening takes place. The date was confirmed on Monday, along with information that the event will be a private one. Parents Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have so far kept their son’s life out of the public eye, with just one exception.
The world caught their first glimpse of the newest member of the Royal Family in May, at a photocall two days after Archie was born.
But ever since, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have kept him to themselves.
It was recently revealed the christening of Archie will be held at a private chapel at Windsor Castle, with no media allowed in.
That means the godparents of little Archie may not be revealed straight away.

However, punters seem to have an idea who will receive the great honour.
Previously it was thought that Princess Eugenie may become the godmother.
But there is now just one person seeing spectacular odds – Meghan’s best friend Jessica Mulroney.
According to Coral, odds are now just 1/2 for Mrs Mulroney, making it very likely she could be named Archie’s godmother.

The fashion stylist’s children had starring roles in the Sussexes bridal party, and this could be one way of returning the favour.
Mrs Mulroney and her husband Ben have also played a significant role in Meghan’s relationship with Harry.
The pair reportedly hosted secret dinners in Toronto for the couple when they first started dating.
Then, when Meghan and Harry got engaged, Mrs Mulroney served as Meghan’s “unofficial” wedding planner.

The fashion stylist is followed by Meghan’s childhood friend Benita Litt at 5/1, while Misha Nonoo has odds at 7/4.
Princess Eugenie at 2/1 and Prince William at 5/1 completes the top five picks.
Coral spokesman Harry Aitkenhead said: “Jessica Mulroney seems an absolute certainty to be a godparent to Archie, and our odds show that as she is odds on in the betting.
“He’s bound to be spoilt with a few godparents and a popular bet recently has been Princess Eugenie, whilst at bigger odds Tiggy Pettifer could be a surprise pick.”
