on Saturday filed his nomination papers from Gandhinagar constituency for the Lok Sabha elections.

Shah, who is a Rajya Sabha member of Parliament (MP), will contest the first time. He has been fielded from Gandhinagar constituency, which is currently held by BJP veteran LK Advani.

Before filing the nomination, Shah addressed a election rally, followed by a roadshow.

Expressing deep gratitude to the BJP for making him what he is today, Shah said that he will be left with a ‘zero’ if association with the party has been removed from his life.
